Luca Salvatori

He received the Degree in Telecommunication Engineering with maximum grade from the University of Rome Tor Vergata in April 2003, with a thesis work developed at ESA-ESRIN (European Space Agency) about development of algorithms, and their implementation in a software tool (in IDL language), for oil spill detection, from satellite SAR images, utilising Neural Network analysis.
From May 2003 to September 2003 working experience at ESA-ESRIN about development of a software tool for the oil spill analysis, from geotiff images, and production of multitemporal SAR images for the project “EDUSPACE”.
From October 2003 he is pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Geoinformation at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
