Emanuele Angiuli

Emanuele Angiuli was born in Marino (Rome), Italy, in 1979. He received the degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Tor Vergata University of Rome, Italy, in February 2005. In November 2005 he joined the Dipartimento di Informatica, Sistemi e Produzione (DISP ), Tor Vergata University of Rome, Italy, where he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree in GeoInformation. His work is focused on the development of a microwave backscattering coherent model for vegetatation-covered surfaces using interferometric polarimetry techniques. He has also experience in oil spill detection and automatic calibration tools for SAR images, compression of biomedical imagery, and software development for electromagnetic fields simulation.
